Delivery Process

A quick breakdown of how we handle you order:

  1. Processing: Once we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 working days. This involves verifying your payment details, confirming the availability of the item(s) you have ordered, and preparing your order for shipment.

  2. Shipping: We ship all orders via Royal Mail to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. We offer standard delivery, which typically takes 3-5 business days (For UK Orders). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Tracking: We currently do not offer any tracking services on our orders. This is something we are looking to implement in our business in the near future.

  4. Delivery: When your order is delivered. If you are not available to receive your order, the courier will leave a delivery notification card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or may have left it with a neighbour.

  5. International shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the UK, but we are currently working on this.

  6. Delivery fees: Our delivery fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. We offer free standard delivery for all orders.
