If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order: If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You can notify us by email or by filling out the returns contact form on our website (at the bottom of this page). Please include your order number, Name, Email address, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Ship the item back to us: Once we have confirmed your return request, we will provide you with the necessary information to ship the item back to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.

  3. Refunds and exchanges: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you choose to receive a refund, we will credit the original payment method used to purchase the item.

Please note that some items, such as personalized or custom orders, are non-returnable. In addition, we do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
